Mr. Ali Ahmadov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan met with a delegation led by Hasan Kleib, Deputy Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

The sides expressed satisfaction with the development of successful cooperation between Azerbaijan and the World Intellectual Property Organization.

A. Ahmadov informed about the successive reforms carried out in the field of intellectual property in Azerbaijan. The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the head of our state defined the sustainable development of the economy, the formation of a knowledge-based society and investing in human capital as one of the main strategic goals.

At the same time, perspectives of cooperation between Azerbaijan and WIPO were discussed at the meeting.
