The committee meeting of the International Association of the Confederation of Eurasian Rights Owners Societies in the field of collective management was held in online format. Mr. Najaf Guliyev, Director of the Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement Center under the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the collaborators of the Center participated in the international event.

The activity program of the committee planned for one year was discussed at the meeting. At the event, opinions were exchanged on national legislation in the field of copyright in the member-countries of the Confederation, the activities of collective management organizations, litigation in the field of copyright and other topics.

Mr. Rufat Safaraliyev, Adviser to the Director of the Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement Center, gave a report on the national legislation of Azerbaijan in the field of copyright and related rights.

Speaking at the event, the Director of the Azerbaijan Professional Film Directors Guild, Mrs. Shahira Tajaddin, gave broad information about the activities of the organization.
