An appeal was received to the Intellectual Property Agency in connection with the unauthorized and unlawful posting of the song “Heyif bela oldu” on the YouTube platform, which belongs to the well-known composer and singer of Azerbaijan, people's artist Polad Bulbuloglu.

An investigation was conducted on the issue by the Center for Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights under the Agency. As a result of the investigation, it was revealed that one of the files uploaded in the form of the album “Gal Ey Sahar” on the YouTube channel “Universal Azerbaijan Music” is the composition “Heyif bela oldu”. Other works of the composer are also placed here. This channel was created under the name "Folklore Azerbaijan Music Academy" on October 25, 2018.

In order to prevent infringement of P.Bulbuloglu copyrights, the Agency has been contacted the “Universal Music Publishing Group” together with the “Digital and Audiovisual Broadcasting Industry” Public Union (via Beat Music Company), which has been accredited for collective management of the rights of related rights holders. As a result of the measures taken, the removal of illegally posted works was ensured on the “Universal Azerbaijan Music” YouTube channel.
