The Republican Scientific and Technical Library (RSTL), under the jurisdiction of the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, expands its relations with various organizations and higher education institutions year after year. As a result of these relations, the publications received by the library play a significant role in enriching the RSTL's collection.

Recently, a number of scientific and technical monographs, textbooks and teaching aids published by members of the Azerbaijan Academy of Engineering have been donated to the library. This can be seen as a further expansion of the beneficial cooperation between the two institutions.

The publications presented to the library consist of 6 books in Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian and English languages, and a total of 59 copies of literature in 34 titles, jointly written by the President of the Azerbaijan Engineering Academy, Rector of the National Aviation Academy, Chairman of the Council for Space Issues of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Honored Scientist, Academician Arif Pashayev, who has made great contributions to the development of Azerbaijani science and education, Head of the Department of Transport Mechanics of the National Aviation Academy, Vice-President of the Azerbaijan Engineering Academy, Professor Ahad Janahmedov, and other authors.

These publications presented to the RSTL, in addition to enriching the library's collection, are intended for specialists and researchers working in the fields of aviation, science and technology, students studying in the relevant field and a wide readership in general.
