We, his contemporaries, are powerless to fully interpret the Great Leader phenomenon, the greatness of Heydar Aliyev, his work in all spheres, and only after years and decades have passed, time will give the true assessment of the merits of this historical figure to his homeland and people. Though it is also true that the generosity of our National Leader towards our future was to devote himself to his time as a whole. The judgment of history, doesn`t know the explanation of historical figures about difficulties and problems, it knows their victory over difficulties and problems. In the most difficult moments, hard times of our statehood and independence, Heydar Aliyev pulled Azerbaijan out of the situation, established a legal, democratic state with all its attributes, and created the author-law institute at the intersection of science, culture and law.
