"Azerbaijan Writers” Public Union, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, applied to the Intellectual Property Agency for registration (accreditation) at the Intellectual Property Agency.

At the meeting of the Accreditation Commission of the Intellectual Property Agency, a positive opinion was given to the application of the public union. According to the unanimous opinion of the members of the Commission, a decision was made to transfer the registration (accreditation) of the "Azerbaijan Writers” Public Union for a period of 5 (five) years. The certificate of registration (accreditation) of the organizations managing the property rights of authors and related rights owners on a collective basis was submitted to the representative of the public union.
