Representatives of Intellectual Property Agency attended at 39th Session of Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights of World Intellectual Property Organization
39th Session of Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights of World Intellectual Property Organization was held on 21-25 October 2019 in Geneva, Switzerland. Issues regarding limitations and exceptions for museums, libraries, archives and educational and research institutions on copyright and related rights, also protection of broadcasting organizations were discussed and relevant decisions were made at the Session.
Representatives of Intellectual Property Agency – Head and Deputy Head of Registration of Copyright Objects and Legal Expertise Department Mrs. Nadira Badalbayli and Mrs. Afsana Mirzazada attended at the Session. The delegates held working meetings with representatives of Austria, Finland, Turkey, Georgia, Jordan, and discussed national legislation and practices on intellectual property, copyrights and related rights of our countries.
