The 10th Baku International Book Fair was held at the Baku Expo Center, organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The largest international book fair in the region is dedicated to the 530th anniversary of the birth of the great Azerbaijani poet and thinker Mohammad Fuzuli (1494-1556).

The exhibition features a number of books kept in the "Rare Fund" of the Republican Scientific and Technical Library (RSTL), which is under the jurisdiction of the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The books of three centuries are exhibited under special protection. Here the participants were presented with books and magazines in Azerbaijani, Russian and English on "Heydar Aliyev 100", "History of Architecture", "The Art of Architecture", as well as literature on "Ecology and Water" dedicated to the "Year of Solidarity for a Green World". Among these books, a facsimile edition of the book by the Italian architect Palladio, published in Venice in 1570, published in Moscow in 1937, was also exhibited. At the same time, a number of books prepared and published by the Intellectual Property Agency were displayed at the exhibition.

On the opening day of the exhibition, the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Adil Karimli, visited the RSTL stand and shared his impressions of the books.

During the exhibition, a lecture-presentation on the topic "Books and Copyright" was given by Natig Isayev, an expert of the Agency, senior lecturer of the "Intellectual Property" department of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.

The international event was attended by representatives of 19 countries, book publishing companies, writers and poets, scientists, and young writers, along with local organizations.

The Republican Scientific and Technical Library was presented with a certificate by the Organizing Committee of the 10th Baku International Book Fair for its active participation in the exhibition.
