Measures implemented by the Intellectual Property Agency in the field of ensuring transparency and accessibility are continued. As reported, some time ago the Register of Industrial Property Objects ("Open Register") prepared by the Agency has been put into use. So far, information about inventions and utility models has been included in the "Open Registry".

Now, after the latest update, information on industrial designs, trademarks and geographical indications has also been included in the "Open Register".

Already in the register of industrial property objects, it is possible to search for information on registration of all mentioned industrial property objects. Anyone can freely access the "Open Register" and find out in advance whether there are national registrations for an object of industrial property.
