A training seminar on “Intellectual property under the Belt and Road" was held in Beijing from May 26 to June 1, under the organization of the China National Intellectual Property Administration. 27 representatives from international cooperation departments of intellectual property institutes of 25 countries participated in the seminar dedicated to "Intellectual Property Cooperation under Belt and Road ". During the seminar, training on the topics of "Overview on CNIPA (China National Intellectual Property Administration), China's National Intellectual Property Strategy, Intellectual Property Legal System Overview, Implementation of Geographical Indications System in China", as well as information on 11 programs under “Intellectual Property Cooperation under the ‘Belt and Road’, was provided to the participants. At the seminar, representatives of different countries informed the participants about the intellectual property system of their countries.

Naila Nasibova, Deputy Director of the Department of Law, Appeal and Registration of Industrial Property Objects of the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who participated in the seminar, spoke on “Strategy and Policy of Intellectual Property in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Intellectual Property Management Overview of the Legal System" and provided detailed information on the works and innovations done in the field of intellectual property in recent years.

At the end of the seminar, certificates were presented to the participants.
