As we reported, at the 41st (twenty-ninth extraordinary) meeting of the Administrative Council of the Eurasian Patent Organization (EAPO) held in a hybrid format in Moscow on September 20-21, 2022, the Chairman of the Board of the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Kamran Imanov, was awarded the Golden Medal (EAPO) named after V.I. Blinnikov "For Contribution to the Inventive and Patent Business".

The medal was presented to K. Imanov during the official visit of Grigory Ivliyev, the executive body of EAPO, to our country on November 14-16 of this year. In addition to the medal, the head of the agency was awarded a cash prize of 42,000 rubles.

That prize money was donated by K. Imanov to the Karabakh Revival Fund.
