Trainings on “Rights on invention, utility models and industrial designs” are continuing at the National Training Center on İntellectual Property under the Intellectual Property Agency.

During the training course, Sevinj Zeynalova, Deputy Head of the Invention, Utility Model and Industrial Design Examination Department of the Patent and Trademark Examination Center under the Intellectual Property Agency presented lectures on "Patentability conditions of invention, utility model and industrial design", "Rules for searching claim object on search bases", "Requirements for the formulation of a formula for device and method objects, as well as cases of using mathematical formulas in the invention formula", "Checking whether the invention and utility model meet the requirement of unity".

The participants of the course took the appropriate preparatory test on the topics presented in the training.

It should be noted that the duration of the training course attended by representatives of a number of universities is two months.
